really good overall experience. newly renovated hotel with exceptional service in easy location close enough to a pleasant garden area as well as the centre of tordesilhas, which is well worth a visit.

The room was superb, and we had a great view of the garden. The staff was very amiable and gave us great advice.- The location was perfect and nice there, close to the main route halfway to the Algarve from the Bilbao ferry.

Dinner is very good. fantastic pool. Despite its close proximity to the highway, the place is very quiet. many parking spaces. friendly staff.
The staff should improve their English language skills, especially the staff at reception.

The restaurant was opened late as usual in Spain and completely empty. We therefore preferred to go to the outdoor terrace of the bar/cafeteria and could eat very well.
The pool was still closed despite the high temperatures. We booked it mainly because of the pool and didn't expect it to be "seasonally open" even in mid-May.

Excellent location when traveling to/from Southern Spain or Portugal. Pet friendly, no additional charges. Good cuisine. Large rooms.
Hotel is in decay and in desperate need of maintenance. Hotel staff polite but not attentive. Ongoing noise from adjacent highway.

My double room was outstanding and spotless. Its location was marvellous, in a pleasant garden area next to an outside bar.
